Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://betosmexicanfoodsojo.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Mexican Breakfast Plates, Tacos, Enchiladas, Breakfast Burritos, Tortas, Tostadas provided by Beto's Mexican Food SoJo. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Beto's Mexican Food SoJo (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Beto's Mexican Food SoJo may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beto's Mexican Food SoJo makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Beto's Mexican Food SoJo's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Beto's Mexican Food SoJo from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. UT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in UT.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
