Beto's Mexican Food SoJo is a family-owned and operated kitchen in South Jordan, UT. After five years of cooking for this community, our neighbors feel more like regulars we already know by name. We started with a simple idea: serve the traditional, authentic Mexican food our family has always made, using the same care and the same seasonings passed down to us. Nothing on our menu is an imitation of the real thing, because for us it has never been anything but the real thing. Mornings here start early, and our Mexican breakfast plates are the heart of the day, with eggs, salsa, and warm tortillas that taste like a slow Sunday at home. When you want something to grab and go, our breakfast burritos are packed and ready.

Come lunch, the griddle fills up with tacos ordered by the handful, and there is always someone reaching for enchiladas smothered and baked the way they should be. We also take real pride in the plates people sometimes overlook. Our tortas are stacked on soft bread and built to be filling, and our tostadas are piled high with fresh toppings, delivering a satisfying crunch in every bite. We cook everything to order; we speak both Spanish and English, so ordering is easy for everyone; and we are a licensed and registered business you can count on.
