“I went to El Beto’s Mexican Food expecting a normal plate of carne asada fries, but somewhere between bite three and bite seven my understanding of the space time continuum completely collapsed like a folding chair at a family barbecue. The carne asada fries hit my taste buds so hard they went from zero to Mach 3 in one second and I briefly forgot my own middle name while staring at the salsa bar like it held the secrets of the universe. Halfway through the meal I became convinced the restaurant was secretly a government testing facility disguised as a taco shop, because no normal human should experience that level of beef-to-cheese harmony without signing a waiver first. I woke up the next morning with a complete set of blueprints to the Eiffel Tower in my head, a sugar cookie from Italy on my nightstand, and my mother’s cell phone in my hoodie pocket even though she lives nowhere near South Jordan. (She lives in Germany weirdly enough) To this day I still cannot explain why the hallway to the bathroom felt like entering an ancient Aztec temple guarded by fluorescent lighting and unlimited horchata on tap! The inside of the restaurant looked clean, modern, and suspiciously calm for a place capable of launching a grown man into another dimension using only guacamole salsa and grilled steak!🥩 10/10, absolutely life changing, and I will return to El Beto’s Mexican Food the second I’m emotionally prepared to risk interdimensional travel again.”

“We were so excited to try this new Betos location, and it definitely did not disappoint! The quesabirria tacos were absolutely phenomenal, packed with flavor, perfectly crispy, and some of the best I’ve had. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and delicious. What makes this location even more special is that it’s family owned and operated. They are truly some of the kindest, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. If you’re looking for amazing food and friendly service, I highly recommend stopping by. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I really wanted some super nachos when we noticed this place just opened up. The drive through was fast and friendly. It was a little pricey but the portions were great and the food was very good. The kids burrito meal was great big fat burrito with some beans and rice and the churo was very crispy and tasty. They even gave us some complimentary cupcakes! The Pepsi was better than Taco Bell’s. Glad they opened by us.”

“Just tried this new Mexican restaurant, dine in, take out or drive through. It was so good! They have a salsa bar, 24 different ones! We tried the guacamole, the arbole, the creamy chipotle and mango. We couldn’t pick a favorite. The burritos were really good. The service was fast and friendly. We’ve got to go back just to try more salsas!”
